The wheelbarrow is a
full sized
faithful reproduction of a Victorian barrow of the
1880s including traditional detailing to the iron and steel fittings.
Constructed
entirely
of seasoned oak, including a traditional
wooden
wheel with a metal rim.
It
takes three days
to construct each
wheelbarrow to ensure a product
of such quality and
durability.
Whilst
the wooden
wheelbarrow is of practical use, it is also highly
attractive
on its own or planted up,
or as
a marketing aid.
We
build and sell
these fully assembled wheelbarrows from our workshop, which
was formerly the village
blacksmith in the village of Norton,
Northamptonshire.
